so anyways...there has been too much alchohol consumption this semester. And i hate when i wake up and remember all the dumb shit that i said and did. whis happens on a weekely basis. I wish i could just drink, pass out and wake up without having anything dumb happen. This very rarely occurs, whichsucks
so i spent t-giving down in florida with my wonderful but very religious family. I love them to death and i never get to see my baby cousins, but i always feel strangled when i go there. Its not the heat, it's just the lifestyle. too many billboards, too many churches, too many palm trees. i hate it. I am a northern girl through and through and spending thanksgiving in 80 degree weather really messed with me. kinda weird i know.
this whole vacation can be summed up by 1 amazing quote that i heard when i was leaving the airport this afternoon. "can i have your attention please. a miniature pair of handcuffs were found at security...come claim them please.
ps...nicky is drunk....well quite buzzed...okay he's trashed...yay!

so this was an eventful weekend. Friday day off...amazing. Recorded a CD for ben clark, got paulys pockets with andy and molly, and sang in nicks recital. We thought it would be a great idea to funnel colt 45's. So do three funnels worth and damn near died...well not really but got really drunk anyways. So then albert, seth and i went down to plymouth and hyannis. It was such a great time. We stopped by my house and saw angus it only took us 5 hours to get to the cape, but it was so worth it. We all had some serious bonding time. so we get to the cape, say hi to seths mommy, then we all go out to get peircings. seth and i both got our rooks done...in the same ear...so now we are twins, and albert got his cartilage done. So after that we head to liams house for a lil party. met some of seths friends from home,which is always weird, but always cool as well. we has some beers, drank some yummy nips,albert and i did a dirty girl scout shot which is a personal favorite since i am one. we got schnozined, went to bed, woke up at 7, started driving at 8, got home by 10, back on the road to concord by 12, singing in concert then back here by 7. Its been a long weekend and now it's time for some serious homework :) |

last night albert and i were so pumped about colt 45's. Basically we think they are the most hilarious things of all time. We go to campco, grab 3 of them, tell the cashier, oh no thanks we dont need a bag,and carry them out. we get into the car and start to drive, next thing you know blue lights behind me...shit. So i pull over, and the cop has his big flood light on me, and has the flashlight pointed at me. I give him all my things, and apparently i forgot to put my headlights on...which i have never done in my whole life, but downtown durham is so light at night, that i didnt even notice. And of course he noticed the 3 colt 45's on the floor. But i just got a warning, for what would have been an $84 dollar ticket. Since i didnt get a ticket it was the best thing ever, colts and getting pulled over in one night...it was great :) |

so...last night albert,jessie, pat and i thought it would be a great idea to take a little trip to the beach. We went to campco and picked up a few colt 45's which were only $2.50 each. All i have to say is that they were surprisingly delisious and i will never drink anything else. No i probably will...but if i ever need to get wasted for cheap...thats what i am getting. So we go to the beach...drink our 40's, smoke a mint flavored cigar and had fun all in public...illegal i know but great. Then we went to sake ate sushu and drank some sake...which tastes even better when you are already drunk. So in the end, we had a white trash/cultured night all in one. Good times..i say we do it again :) |

so...i lost my student id...again. it's only happened 5 times in 4 years...3 times since last year. I have paid $50 dollars for ID's. That is annoying, but i got a new picture which is cool. Went to wings...didnt eat anything but had some drinkies....yumm :)and that was my day. |

so it's been a while since i updated. This past week was busy. Sang in 2 recitals, practiced my ass off. Wednesday night was the beast feast at hoco and they had decorated with these tiny pumpkins. I decided that i wanted them for the apartment. So, i stole them, but since holloway commons is like a police state, i had to put them in my shirt in order to get them out. Pretty humerous. We had the halloween party last night. pretty fun stuff. a lot of people came and it was good. I left to go to the bar, which probably wasnt a good idea, but i did it anyways. So it has been a somewhat uneventful week.

so...today i got my first official black eye. I got into a bar fight with this big bitch. No...i'm just kidding. I went to give my roomate a hug and she got over excited, jumped up and punched me right in the eye with her fist. My contact flipped up into my eyelid and now i have a black eye and a cut. I realized that if it hurts this much to get punched by accident...i cant imagine getting punched on purpose...and really hard....DAMN! But it's especially funny because i am singing in two recitals this week, in which i have to get dressed up, but i will have a black eye, i find it rather amusing.
ps...come to our halloween party....woodsides O5 or if you cant come saturday then come friday to our cake baking fun time :) |

so sorry kids...i havnt updated in a while. I know most of you hang on my every word and to have me not update totally throws off your life. This was basically a hellish week. I crewed two concerts right in a row. I have 2 weekend lessons followed by a monday lesson next week. I have 3 projects due for kempster next week and no sibelius in my room to do it (bastard). We went to the BSO on thursday. We heard sibelius and Shostakovitch 8. The violin soloist was a 23 year old girl who was amazing, and made me feel bad about myself and made me want to go practice harder. the shostakovich was great too. It was 70 minutes long, and everyone fell asleep or didnt like it, but i really did enjoy it. Going to the BSO always reminds me of how amazing and beautiful music is. Not just the sound, but even the way the instruments looks when they play, and the way the people look. everything about music is so wonderful. okay done being a crazy hippy.
so funny bar story. I went to the brick house last night with jessie and katie fitz. And i have gone to see if i could find the really cute guy i had met the week before. so katie fitz and i are sitting there and this guy named "will" asks us if we want to dance. we both say no we are not drunk enough, but he eventually gets us out on the dance floor. he says you guys dont have to do anything, i will do it all. he procedes to dance like napoleon dynamite, moving erratically and throwing himself on the floor and doing breakdance like moves. I took all the power in me not to pee myself laughing. WHERE ARE ALL THE NORMAL GUYS!!!!!
oh yeah choir concert was really great last night too. everytime i peform i realize it's what i want to do with my life. I had 2 solos (shared with other girls) and i felt amazing up onstage like that and the music was so beautiful.

okay so i have chilled out a little bit and gotten over my thing from last entry. I think it is definetely just the weather, maybe i should take vitamin D pills or go tanning or something, if my seratonin levels are already this low it's going to be a long winter. Today was a good day despite the weather, got a good hour of practice in. had my usual 4 hours of rehearsal all three of which went really well. By the way, concert choir has a concert on October 21...everyone should be there!!!! thats all for now leave the love! |

well...here i am on our day off, thinking about a lot of things listening to crazy music. I did laundry, and i went for a run, i guess i was productive or something. I have been in such a funk lately, i dont know what is wrong with me. Hurting the people i love the most and wanting to be alone all the time. I just get frustrated so easily and i go into survival/defense mode. i need to find better ways of expressing myself that is alot less negative. grey days make me think too much....

SO, i was in portsmouth last night....just has sushi at sake, just had cider at the coat of arms, then we go into the dress shop and BAM! i totally found my recital dress for 50 bucks and it's pretty hott. ALso saw some jazz, the eric donnelly trio, and i drank a martini (so classy)so...yeah that was a good time. then i can home and waited because my adam drove up from MA to visit. he had to work so he got here around 1:30. then we ate pasta, sat around and talked the shit...i love that boy. heading up to lebanon for the weekend now...leave some commets! |

does anyone ever wish they were 5 years old again. When relationships were so simple and life seemed better. Not that i dont like my life now...it just seemed a lot better back then. This is not a sad thought just a thought
also, rachel and i got up at 6:00 to go to Oyster river middle school to observe 6th grade band @7. When we get there we find out that there was no school because of some testing things...BASTARDS...needless to say i went back to bed as soon as i got home.
i wish i could live off of candy corn, beer, cider and stir fry with peanut sauce...:) |

so....today was a long day. was going to go for a run...blew it off as usual. i am going tommorow i swear. Went and got tea with keef...well he got coffee. that was fun it's always cool taking a school break and hanging out with people. So we had chamber singers today and i cant help but be really frustrated with it. I dont think we are doing as well as we can and we need to focus. I feel like we could really be a great group if we concentrated, took it seriously and got our shit together. Anyways thats my bitching for the evening. leave some comments bitches :) |
